FRANJOMAS, Inc. was incorporated in 1998.  The company is founded upon and conducts business based upon Military Experience, tools gained from obtaining two Mechanical Engineering Degrees as well as traditional moral and values.  The experience and life lessons, mentioned above, allow the company to function and evolve with an unwavering commitment to its clients with the ultimate objective of creating “WIN-WIN” Situations.  The company offers a wide range of services such as brokering Seller Financed Notes, matching buyers to asset sources to facilitate bulk purchases of REOs and Non Performing Notes.  We also primarily invest in Commercial Property and may consider Residential Opportunities on a case by case basis.
