When our company makes contact with a perspective buyer; or a Buyer’s Representative, we send him/ her a detailed Buyer’s Order Form that we request to be filled out.  The information includes, but is not limited to buyer’s information, property type, property location such as state and desired zip codes, investment goals, type of note to be purchased, and individual asset range.  With this information, our company contacts our Asset Sources to locate product that matches, as much as possible, the buyer’s needs.  Sometimes, a buyer needs to be willing to be flexible on their price point as a buyer may not be aware of what the Market Price bears in a particular location.
